Designed for POS (Point of Sale) systems, the HM101-QM87 Mini-ITX motherboard has been launched by DFI. Highlighting the motherboard's I/O flexibility are it's two LAN ports, eight USB ports, two SATA 3.0 ports with RAID 0/1, two COM ports, LPC connector and 4-bit input and 4-bit output GPIO.

The motherboard is offered with two power types, a default 12V DC-in jack or an optional 4-pin power connector which allows retailers to save power.
