BIOSTAR’s latest NVIDIA based GPU, the GeForce GTX750Ti is a VGA card that features the first-gen Maxwell GPU technology. Combined with an Intel based motherboard like the Hi-Fi Z170Z5 with a DDR4 + DDR3 combo solution, Super Durable Solid Capacitors, and the BIOSTAR 6+ Experience, gamers can expect a lot of bang for their gaming buck.

In BIOSTAR’s GeForce GTX750Ti using NVIDIA’s first-gen 'Maxwell' architecture, there are a number of architectural enhancements designed to extract even more performance per watt consumed. In fact, there is 35% more performance per CUDA Core on shader-limited workloads delivered. Maxwell GPU technology, designed for extreme performance per Watt, delivers twice the performance of previous generation cards at half the power consumption. For gamers, this means you get the power you need to play games in full 1080 HD resolution, all at full settings.

Therefore, with BIOSTAR’s GeForce GTX 750 Ti combined with a board like the Hi-Fi Z170Z5 there is no need to worry about upgrading your power supply in most cases. As a result, you can create a value priced but powerful BIOSTAR gaming PC. And because the GeForce GTX 750 Ti consumes so little power, it runs extremely quiet and generates very little heat, making it perfect for use in a home theater PC. Indeed, the BIOSTAR GeForce GTX 750 Ti is the world’s fastest graphics card that doesn’t require a power connector. The GeForce GTX750Ti features a 2GB GDDR5 with a 128bit and full sized PCB.

The Biostar Hi-Fi Z170Z5 features support of either DDR3 or DDR4 memory modules with 2-DIMM DDR3L-1866(OC)/1600/1333 for up to a 16G maximum capacity and 2-DIMM DDR4-2133/1866 for up to a 32G maximum capacity. This means that users can enjoy the power of the Z170 chipset without giving up their DDR3 memory modules.

For gaming, the Hi-Fi Z170Z5 also supports DirectX12 which introduces the next version of Direct3D, the graphics API at the heart of DirectX. Direct3D is one of the most critical pieces of a game or game engine and we've redesigned it to be faster and more efficient than ever before. Direct3D 12 enables richer scenes, more objects and full utilisation of modern GPU hardware.
