PowerPax ensures DOE Level VI and EU CoC Tier 2 compliance

PowerPax has recently completed an extensive exercise to update the efficiency and no-load power consumption of its entire core product range to ensure compliance with the latest DOE Level VI and EU CoC Tier 2 energy efficiency requirements. These requirements are currently mandatory in the USA and products specific to this market were completed towards the end of 2015.

These requirements will come into force in the EU in the future and, with the entire core product now compliant, PowerPax is well ahead of time in completing this exercise.

The comprehensive PowerPax adapter product range features plugtop power supplies, desktop power supplies and interchangeable plug top power supplies.

The plugtop power supply series features products from 5 to 36W with output voltages ranging from 5 to 24V and fixed input plugs including UK, Euro and USA. This series is fully approved for use in the specific markets to which they are aimed and all feature universal AC input and industry standard output plugs.

The desktop power supply range covers power outputs from 15 to 300W with single output voltages from 5 to 48V. The series includes products with C8, C6 and C14 input connectors with industry standard output connectors.

The interchangeable plugtop power supply series features products from 5 to 36W with outputs in the range of 5 to 24V and multiple input plugs making them suitable for use across international markets, they feature universal AC input and are fully approved for worldwide use.

In addition to the standard product range, PowerPax is able to offer modified and full custom power supplies, depending on customer requirements.
