P. D. Circuits, Inc. announces that its ISO 9001:2008 registration has been renewed for another three years. The registration certifies that P. D. Circuits’ inspection, testing, distribution and design of PCBs for prototype and production manufacturing has been assessed and approved by National Quality Assurance, U.S.A. This current certification is valid through July 31, 2015.
The ISO 9001 quality standard is the most widely recognized and established quality management system framework in the world. The standard outlines a set of requirements that, when effectively implemented, helps ensure a supplier will consistently provide goods and services that meet customers’ needs and expectations and complies with applicable regulations.

During the reassessment audit, P. D. Circuits demonstrated compliance to the requirements by providing extensive samples of its processes and products to NQA Auditor Ron Kurtzman. P. D. Circuits did not receive any nonconformity reports during the audit.

“I am especially impressed with the degree to which P. D. Circuits cares for customers. There is no doubt from the audit that P. D. Circuits goes the extra mile to make sure that product and service exceeds customer expectation. This is refreshing to see and I applaud you for it,” stated Ron Kurtzman.

In addition to its own internal ISO 9001 auditing program, P. D. Circuits will undergo surveillance audits conducted by NQA once per year to ensure that its quality management system continues to meet the requirements of the standard.
