Gresham Appoints Alan Arnold as new Sales Manager

Gresham Power Electronics, the Salisbury based commercial and MIL power solutions specialist, has announced the appointment of Alan Arnold as their new Sales Manager for power supplies. Prior to this appointment Alan had been running a successful technical electronics consultancy for a number of years and had previously worked in both specialist and board-line electronic distribution. Where, in a technical sales role, he promoted components from blue-chip companies into major OEM accounts, achieving many major new design–in wins.

Alan also has extensive knowledge of the Single Board Computer market place across both the Military and Commercial sectors, together with in-depth knowledge of the European racking systems market having worked for one of the leading German manufactures.

We had an excellent response to our new products at Electronica and Alan will be providing support to our new opportunities and existing customers.

Gresham Power provides many value added and custom designed power solutions and Alan’s electronic development engineering background includes designing at module, component, hybrid and silicon levels and experience of designing for surface mount assembly. This wide design experience has been employed in Power, Analogue and Digital electronics systems which will be of great benefit to Gresham’s customers.

Alan will be offering design and technical support across Europe to Gresham’s OEM customers and distribution network.
