The new solutions build upon Primula expertise to design innovative, rapid and cost-efficient “right-first-time” Digital Radio hardware and the firmware, while EtherWaves provides the proven ClearSignal IP.

ClearSignal has been successfully deployed in prestigious infotainment systems, both in-car and for Consumer Electronics. It currently includes DAB/DAB+, T-DMB and DRM – both in single-tuner and dual-tuner options. In all projects, ClearSignal is accompanied by full and detailed documentation, as well as training, support, ATP and test materials. EtherWaves is currently focusing on Digital Radio IP for the OEM Automotive industry.

Following Primula long list of successful designs in use worldwide, we are confident in their capability and expertise of turning their customers’ dreams into practical, cost-efficient Digital Radio designs. Our ClearSignal software is in good hands with these guys said Ben Gagin, EtherWaves’ Chief Executive Office. This collaboration will enable additional market segments to benefit from our proven, high-performance ClearSignal software, he added.

It is our privilege to expand our collaboration with EtherWaves, as their ClearSignal allows for fast and stable designs said Gennady Yoshpa, Primula Chief Technology Officer. It also fits to a large variety of tuners and hardware, making it by far the easiest and fastest customization candidate he added.
