Co-operation to enhance CAN/CAN FD portfolio with embedded systems
At Embedded World 2015, PEAK-System Technik GmbH and Roding Embedded GmbH arranged a co-operation. PEAK-System's CAN/CAN FD product portfolio and Roding's embedded computing systems complement each other and ensure a high degree of integration of the co-ordinated and validated components in order to solve customer issues quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
In future, PEAK-System and Roding want to promote the products of the respective partner and want to recommend the best possible joint solution for customer projects and want to rely on the proven technology of the partner. When dealing with CAN and CAN FD communication, the components of PEAK-System are used and integrated in the embedded computing systems of Roding, including drivers and APIs for Windows and Linux operating systems.
Both companies have agreed that in future product launches technical compatibility is ensured to products of the partner to ensure optimum functionality.
Roding is a partner in areas of hardware, software, mechanics, and system integration, from predevelopment and design through implementation and manufacturing to product care for touch panels, embedded boards, embedded PCs, and panel PCs.
