Anritsu wins Frost & Sullivan field RF testing crown

Anritsu Company has received the 2014 Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Leadership Award in the Global Field RF Testing market. In conducting the research, Frost & Sullivan incorporated key benchmarking criteria that were developed to evaluate the entire client experience and strategy implementation excellence.

Anritsu consistently scored high in all 10 criteria within the Frost & Sullivan customised Decision Support Scorecard and Matrix that compared test companies’ performance relative to each other.

“Through a concentrated focus on innovation and customer centricity, Anritsu has established a distinct position for itself in the global field RF testing market. Frost & Sullivan’s independent analysis of the RF testing market clearly shows that with a leading share in the cable and antenna testing space, along with its ability to regularly introduce industry-leading products and technologies, Anritsu displays superior technological expertise in the overall RF testing market,” said Janani Balasundar, Frost & Sullivan research analyst.   

Anritsu’s handheld field test solutions were recognised by Frost & Sullivan when the research organisation made the announcement. Among the products mentioned were the Spectrum Master handheld spectrum analyser family, PIM Master MW82119A Passive Intermodulation analyser, and Microwave Site Master S820E handheld cable and antenna analyser. Customer service initiatives, including educational and training programs, offered by Anritsu were also noted by Frost & Sullivan.
