Analog Devices will be hosting a Partner Pavilion at Embedded World 2008, where it will showcase a select group of companies that are shaping the future of the industrial and automotive markets. Through a series of product and technology demonstrations, attendees will see first hand how the power/performance, connectivity, scalability and flexibility of ADI’s embedded processing and DSP technologies are enabling the innovation behind the industrial and automotive products of today and tomorrow. ADI’s Embedded Partner Pavilion will be located in Hall 12, Stand 322
ADIs partners will be demonstrating their applications using the company’s processors (see below). Additionally, ADI will also be showing the latest reference designs for its Blackfin processor.

“At Embedded World, we are returning this year with our partners, to show innovative applications in the industrial and automotive sectors,” says Stefan Steyerl, Director, General Purpose DSP Division Europe, Analog Devices. “Embedded World is a great venue to network with the embedded community, and we look forward to meeting many colleagues at the show.”

Bluetechnix
Bluetechnix offers a set of sophisticated technology products for the most demanding applications in a space and power constrained environment. A set of tiny core modules and outstanding development boards for rapid prototyping help developers and system integrators to quickly design their products. Bluetechnix will be demonstrating its core modules, based around an ADI Blackfin processor.

ConnectBlue
ConnectBlue offers qualified and certified ready-to-use industrial WLAN and Bluetooth products for demanding applications in segments like industrial automation, medical, instrumentation, diagnostics, logistics, vehicles and point of sale. ConnectBlue will be demonstrating an easy and efficient implementation of wireless communications to a Blackfin-based platform.

Cynove
Cynove develops video modules based around embedded processors, for applications including automotive, medical and industrial vision. At Embedded World, it will be demonstrating an IP camera module communicating over Ethernet, which includes a wide range of advanced functions.

Devitech
Devitech specialises in the development, supply and licensing of embedded computer vision systems and digital camera products. New products are built from the modular hardware platform BlackEye and a versatile imaging software toolbox. It will be demonstrating its BlackEye software development kit (SDK), and products including high performance thermal cameras.

Kwest
Kwest develops multimedia and infotainment solutions for the automotive and consumer industries. Based on ADI’s Blackfin and its own technology platform, the company offers turnkey solutions to its customers. It will be demonstrating its iFidelity iF-8 DSP-based amplifier, and its picoSonic in-car multimedia platform.

Voice INTER Connect
Voice INTER Connect specialises in signal processing in electronic devices. It provides solutions and integration services in embedded speech and audio processing, in robotics and sensor technology, and also for hardware development. It will be demonstrating a range of its products, including a voice control module and acoustic echo compensation technology.
