Agilent announced that its portfolio of PXI and AXIe chassis and modules received the Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Value Enhancement in the Test and Measurement category.
/> Our award is given to the company that has demonstrated excellence in implementing strategies that proactively create value for their customers, focusing on improving the customers' return on investment, said Frost & Sullivan research analyst Vijay Mathew. It recognizes the company that goes beyond simply good customer service and is focused on improved customer retention and ultimately customer-base expansion.

We are honored to receive this recognition from Frost & Sullivan so soon after introducing our expanded offering of modular products, said Ron Nersesian, president of Agilent's Electronic Measurement Group. The award confirms that our PXI and AXIe modular direction is receiving recognition in the marketplace and it gives us a strategic boost as we move forward in expanding our modular portfolio.

This award follows the announcement of 46 new PXI and AXIe modular products in September 2010 during Autotestcon in Florida, and the acceptance of Agilent onto the board of directors of the PXI Systems Alliance.

The award will be presented to Agilent in New Orleans, Feb. 9.
