News Release from: DAILY RFID CO.,LIMITED
19 July 2010

DAILY RFID has launched 13.56MHz HF RFID Label designed for the identification and management of all types of library media with its high identification accuracy, especially in books inventory management.

RFID Library Management using HF RFID Smart LabelOne of the important parts of the RFID library management is the choice of HF RFID label. Each RFID smart label consists of a chip and an antenna. With its adhesive 3M glue, it can be attached to any items with the information about the item stored in it, such as title, author, origin, price and type etc. And the smart label has a memory capacity of 1K bits or 4K bits to record information of library books.

Besides, the RFID label for library can be imprinted with custom logos, and is fully rewriteable to allow compliance with ISO15693 standard. With fast read speed and accurate read rate, the 13.56MHz RFID label provides high efficiency for document tracking. As a result, it is easy and convenient for a person to manage thousands of books in library in a short time.

By enabling automated book handling at check-in, check-outs, inventory, book sorting and theft deterrence, the RFID Smart Label can help to reduce library management costs and increase the time that librarians spend with patrons in providing better services.
