Multitest, a designer and manufacturer of final test handlers, contactors and load boards used by integrated device manufacturers (IDMs) and final test subcontractors worldwide, introduces MT9510 x16, a new 16-site tri-temp pick-and-place handler.
The system is based on the technology of the well-established MT95XX platform, which has an installed base of more than 600 systems at over 50 customer sites.
Like the MT9510 XP, the new 16-site handler ensures outstanding temperature performance from -55° to 175°C and features various options for advanced ESD protection. It is fast and can be kitted easily for a wide range of packages.
Additionally, the contact sites can be used in various combinations and offer an 8-site handling solution for large packages. All major features are identical to the MT9510 XP, including HMI, standard operation and maintenance, and a major portion of the spare parts and conversion kits.
