Cypress TrueTouch Touchscreen Solution Delivers Highly Responsive and Accurate Touchscreens for New docomo PRIME series F-01C Mobile Phone

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. today announced that Fujitsu Limited has selected the TrueTouch™ touchscreen solution from Cypress to implement the touchscreen in the new docomo PRIME series F-01C mobile phone.

The flexible TrueTouch solution, based on the PSoC® programmable system-on-chip architecture, delivered the most responsive and accurate touchscreen solution for Fujitsu, which docomo PRIME series users rated as very important in a recent customer satisfaction survey.

The docomo PRIME series F-01C is one of the world’s most advanced phones. It offers an impressive list of features, including 3.4-inch TFT color VGA display, a 13.2 megapixel camera with face detection and full HD video capability, and touchscreen writing technology, which allows users to write difficult-to-read Kanji characters simply by using their fingers directly on the screen.
