The new HVC series high voltage chip resistors from Ohmite offer high voltage capability in a surface mount package. Meeting MIL-STD-202 specification, the HVC series uses the latest thick film technology to meet voltage applications of up to 3kV.

Available in a wide array of industry standard package sizes, popular applications for the HVC series include high voltage power supplies, defibrillators, X-Ray equipment, night vision, and laser related products. The resistors are available in an extensive range of resistances from 1K to 50G ohms and feature a wide selection of tolerances (±1% to ±10%), low inductance, and are RoHS compliant.

The HVC series surface mount configuration is convenient for PCB applications and is available in tape and reel packaging for automated handling.
