85W Heat Sinkable Resistor keeps its Cool

The latest from Ohmite's product range to use its innovative thick film technology is the TFH85, a heat sinkable resistor which provides a robust 85W power rating (at 25°C case temperature) in a compact TO-264 package.

Available in two or three terminal versions, the “P Package” features a middle terminal that can be utilized to ground the heat sink. The TFH85 combines low thermal resistance with non-inductive performance. With applications in power supply conversion, lighting ballast, and motor drive related products, the TFH85 is RoHS compliant in accordance with Ohmite’s environmental commitment.
