The ES Series single pole single throw sealed IP67 pushbutton switch is available in illuminated and non-illuminated styles. Design engineers can choose from the rounded actuator or flat, with or without the illuminated center dot and may choose matte or glossy finish on the body and actuator; the actuator is available in 8 different colors, six LED colors and six bi-color LED choices. The ES Series features solder lug terminals with a choice of threaded, panel mount or snap-in bushing.

Specifications: Switch function is momentary single pole single throw normally open or normally closed (off-on / on-off) with gold over silver plated contacts. Electrical rating is 125mA at 50VDC/125VAC. Electrical life is 500,000 cycles with mechanical life of 1 million cycles. Contact resistance is less than 50mW. Dielectric strength is 1000Vrms and insulation resistance is greater than 1000MW. Actuation force is 300 ± 100gF and travel is 1.5 ± .25mm. Sealing is IP67. Operating temperature and storage temperature are -30°C to 85°C.

Materials: Actuator and housing are 6/6 Nylon with Diallyl Phthalate base. Contacts and terminals are gold over silver plated copper alloy.
