The newest product launched by Intertronics is the preeflow eco-DUO450 which offers precision metering and mixing of two component materials with dial-in ratios up to 5:1. This is expected to be of value where expensive materials such as silver loaded conductive epoxies, silicones or polyurethanes are dispensed in small quantities for either dots or beads.

Applications will encompass micro-electronics, medical optics, LCD/LED/OLED, bio-science and a wide range of other industries where it is important to ensure exact quantities of materials are metered, mixed and dispensed.

The eco-DUO450 from Intertronics features the preeflow® continuous piston technology with precision drive rotor/stator enabling accuracy and control in shot sizes from 0.01ml and flow rates of 0.2 to 12ml per minute. The configuration pairs two separate dispensers feeding one nozzle and mated to the eco-CONTROL EC200-DUO controller. This offers a wide range of applications with control over dosing, dispensing time and mixing ratio – which can be dialed in from 1:1 up to 5:1. Operation is via an intuitive user guidance graphical interface with the added ability for data exchange via USB connection.
