ACD installs Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen Generator from South-Tek SystemsThe South-Tek Systems’ N2-GEN C Series Nitrogen Generator is a PSA system for high purity Nitrogen applications. ACD now can generate Nitrogen with purities up to 99.999 percent. The high purity Nitrogen is generated via the PSA process, where compressed air is applied to a vessel filled with carbon molecular sieve material, i.e. activated carbon.

“Adding Nitrogen generation not only decreased ACD’s operating costs, but also gives us higher quality Nitrogen for the production floor,” stated W. Scott Fillebrown, ACD’s President & CEO.

Charles Metzler, Industrial Sales Manager of South-Tek Systems, remarked, “We are excited about the installation of our Nitrogen Generator at ACD. South-Tek takes great pride in the design and quality of our Nitrogen generators, and believes this partnership between two high-quality manufacturers will greatly benefit ACD and support the high standards they embrace in serving their customers.”
