Magna-Power Electronics Launches European Service Centre in Germany

Magna-Power Electronics, a world leader in high-power programmable dc power supplies, launched a service center in Taufkirchen, Germany, to provide service for its entire product line in Europe.

The service center will provide servicing on highly technical products, with training provided by Magna-Power Electronics in the USA. The Taufkirchen facility will also stock common parts, boards, and sub-assemblies for quick turn-around.

Situated just south of Munich, Germany, the service center supports Magna-Power Electronics continued growth in Europe, providing local support for European customers and products sold through the company’s authorized distributors. As the company continues to grow, Adam Pitel, Director of Business Development said: “We are seeing larger power supplies shipping overseas in quantity. The service center will help reduce service time and logistics costs, furthering the company’s commitment to worldwide customer service.”
