CCE Supplyline has today announced that it has appointed local girl, Jessica Pimlatt, as its new sales co-ordinator. Jessica (20), whose father, Michael, is one of sister company CC Electronics Europe's longest-serving employees, joins the Winsford-based company from Congleton's Toucan Telemarketing, where she served a seven month business apprenticeship.

New Sales Co-ordinator for CCE SupplylineShe explains: After initially working for over two years as a sales assistant; first at Wyevale Garden Centres and then at One Stop Shop, I'd gradually assumed more responsibility and knew I wanted to forge a career in business administration.

When the opportunity arose to serve a formal business apprenticeship in a fast-moving environment, I jumped at the chance and that experience has given me the skills and confidence to take this challenge.

Still several months short of her 21st birthday, Jessica now fulfils an important role, liaising closely with both colleagues and customers alike. She continues: This is a really dynamic environment and that suits me down to the ground.

I speak on a daily basis with our various customers, just to stay in touch and find out whether their needs are changing in any way. From there, I see if there's anything we can do to help them and pass details of their requirements on to others in our sales team.

My dad has worked in the maintenance department at CCEE for as long as I can remember and it's great to now feel part of the same business. I'm looking forward to helping the company continue to move forward.

Supplyline managing director, Andrew Hall, is delighted to welcome Jessica on board, commenting: This is an exciting time for anyone to be joining Supplyline and it's fantastic for us to see someone like Jessica come into the business and inject so much enthusiasm.

Customer relationships are vital to any business and in this role you need that innate ability to develop a strong working rapport with clients. To date, Jessica's attitude has been first class and we've already had customers commenting on how good she is to deal with.

I'm sure Jessica will develop at Supplyline and continue to make a valuable contribution to the overall business.
