30 August 2012

Sono-Tek has today revealed that it has restructured its organization, with Stephen Harshbarger assuming the duties of President and reporting directly to Dr. Christopher L. Coccio, Chairman and CEO.

New President and Organisational Restructure for Sono-TekAccording to Dr. Coccio, “Mr. Harshbarger has extensive experience at Sono-Tek in customer service, sales, and management of sales and marketing. He is intimately familiar with our products, markets, distributors and customers. Stephen will oversee the functions of sales, marketing, technical services and manufacturing operations as president.”

This restructuring is designed to maximize opportunities in the current sluggish business climate in the US and overseas. Planned introductions of several new products in the electronics coating sector will help Sono-Tek enter into new and innovative applications where the company’s ultrasonic spray technology provides the greatest benefits to manufacturers.

These strategic changes also ensure that Sono-Tek will remain the industry’s leader for ultrasonic spray equipment in areas such as printed circuit board fluxing, semiconductor coatings, fuel cell, solar cell and glass manufacturing.
