Hansatech EMS Enhances Business Development in Growth Markets

Hansatech EMS Limited today announced the appointment of Tom Collett to the position of New Business Development Manager. Tom will leverage his 35 year sales engineering background and impressive track record within the component and EMS industry to sign new customers in growth markets such as medical, consumer, aerospace, defence and industrial lighting.

Paul Gill, Hansatech’s Managing Director said, “Tom’s appointment is a significant part of our roadmap for growth. His sales and marketing contribution will help boost our customer base by extending our world class manufacturing solutions to a wider audience.”

Prior to joining Hansatech EMS, Tom worked at Molex as industry specialist and AVX as applications engineer for Northern Europe. His current responsibilities span new sales generation, maintenance of existing customer relations and enhancing the company’s position in the electronics industry through major trade show participation. For example, TechnologyWorld09, 23-24 November at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry, and the Medical Innovation Forum taking place in Harrogate on 2 December 2009.
