TTI, Inc has announced the availability of a new family of SAW resonators from Murata to support Short Range Devices operating in the ISM300 and ISM400 bands. Peregrine Semiconductor has announced its UltraCMOS PE97022 and PE97042 phase locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers for satellite payload designs.
