Densitron Corporation introduces their new Optical Bonding (index matching) technical capability enhancing our extensive Touch Screen and Display product offering.

Optical Bonding Technology affixes a cover lens, such as anti-reflective glass, plastic, or touch sensor directly onto a flat panel display and eliminates the air gap between, in order to reduce the reflectance to as low as 0.2%*, and dramatically increase contrast ratio in a high ambient light environment.

This process provides the most advanced and cost-effective Optical Bonding solutions that enable sunlight readability without modifying backlight, and provide extra vandal resistance for outdoor viewing flat panel displays and portable devices.

The process is reworkable reducing the cost of yield loss which greatly affects other industry methods.
