Aegis Announces Resale Agreement With Juki Automation Systems Europe
Aegis Software announces an OEM agreement with JUKI Automation Systems Europe, a leading supplier of high-quality, automated assembly equipment for surface mount applications to the European and African market. Under this agreement, JUKI will offer Aegis NPI software for BOM, CAD, Gerber, and even scanned board data conversion with their world-class line level management and optimization software. This agreement with JUKI Automation Systems Europe was a logic extension of an existing and well functioning cooperation, which was started-up between Aegis and Juki Automation System Inc, covering the American market, many years ago.

Rohde & Schwarz and VDE select the winners of the 2010 Case Study Competition
This year's case study competition was won by the team from the Technical University of Aachen. In cooperation with the German Association for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies (VDE), Rohde & Schwarz, world market leader for terrestrial TV transmitters, held its seventh international case study competition. Electrical engineering students from Germany and Singapore were invited to address the topic of digital TV. New PRO280LM side-sealed direct-drive stage has increased width for heavy load submicron industrial positioning
Aerotech's PRO-LM series direct-drive, brushless linear servo motor driven stages now include a new 280 mm wide version, available in eight travel options from 300 mm to 1.5 m, for high throughput and heavy load precision positioning applications in harsh industrial environments.
