PIV Technology offers China Design and Manufacturing Capability

Specialist Electronics Company, PIV Technology, has signed an agreement with Empire International Ltd a multi disciplinary engineering specialist based in Guangdong China, to act as their UK representative.

Empire is specifically focused on providing foreign firms with the ability to set up, maintain and grow production operations in China. Services provided by the company include preliminary feasibility check and consulting, engineering support from concept through design to production, logistics management, supplier approval for materials, components, modules, processes and tooling and factory audit for social, economic and technical compatibility and competence. In addition to this the company also manages complete quality assurance and control with transparent inspection, reporting and monitoring.

Empire has the capability to provide managed migration for companies looking to manufacture in China and in addition to this is able to use it’s extensive design engineering capabilities to provide full product design and manufacturing solutions. As part of this design capability the company can offer management of multi agency approvals including ISO, CE, FCC, TüV, UL, RoHS, etc.

Empire is a company with both western and local Chinese staff covering all disciplines of product design and manufacturing. All staff are multi lingual ensuring that communication is simple in all aspects of the service. The company also has an in depth understanding of the local culture and this is invaluable in the building of relationships with the factories and component vendors as well as coordination and assistance with local and government authorities.
