Delivered via the Saas model, ExponentHR is a resource designed for employees, managers, functional HR and payroll staff to manage information and people more efficiently and effectively.

The Web-based, self-service technology transforms traditional HR into a powerful business system that reduces cost and expands scalability. ExponentHR provides information to make strategic decisions about business and profitability by delivering real-time, meaningful data about employees and the cost of day-to-day activities.

ExponentHR’s capabilities will enable ACD to reduce direct costs system elimination, retain employees through improved communication and performance engagement, provide visibility into live transactional workflow and cost, and establish standards and infrastructure across a distributed workforce.
