The CVCO55FLM-0150-0195 operates from 150 MHz to 195 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V~4.7V. This VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) features a typical phase noise of -118 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity.
