Keith Bryant to Present at SMTA International

Nordson DAGE announces that Keith Bryant, Global X-ray Sales Director, will present at the PoP Design and Assembly Center during the annual SMTA International conference, scheduled to take place October 14-18, 2012 in Orlando, FL. The presentations will be held as follows:

Tuesday
1 p.m. – “Optical & X-ray Inspection Guidelines for Package on Package”

Wednesday
11 a.m. – “Design Guidelines for Package on Package Assembly”
1 p.m. – “Optical & X-ray Inspection Guidelines for Package on Package”

A qualified Production Engineer with more than 25 years of experience within the electronics industry, Keith is Chairman of the UK SMART Group and sits on its Technical Committee, a member of the SMTA, and the ICT. He was one of the driving forces in forming SMART Group South Africa and acts as liaison with the UK parent.

Currently Global Sales Director for Nordson DAGE X-Ray Systems, Keith has presented technical papers on many subjects including lead-free materials and process throughout Europe, Asia and the United States.

The hands-on PoP Center will be located on the exhibition show floor on Tuesday and Wednesday during the electronics exhibition. Attend the daily 20-minute seminars to receive a copy of each of the slides and access to a video library of each of the presentations to assist your company staff to successfully implement PoP. This is unique and available to SMTA International visitors.
