Everlight Electronics Launches New Corporate Design

Everlight Electronics Co., Ltd. [TSE:2393] today announced the launch of its new Corporate Design (CD). The brand update is part of a long-term business strategy. The global optoelectronics specialist with more than 27 years of experience especially in the fields of LED and infrared technologies enters the new decade with a redesigned lettering and new company motto that reflects the rapid development of the lighting markets as well as the own worldwide growth in the past years.
The slogan The Source of Light emphasizes the company's global breadth and reach in all worlds of lighting and reflects the double meaning of 'Source of Light' - the actual illuminant but also the supplier of light. The revised lettering takes account of Everlight's heritage and simultaneously reflects the new self-conception and the company's vision for the future.
The transparent EVERLIGHT stroke within a white rectangle always correlates with the underlying or surrounding colouring. Thus the whole palette of colours can be used allowing for monochromatic and polychromatic variants alike. The stroke design itself is defined by the rectangular template which is white and thereby encloses all colours.
The modern and self-confident appearance signifies the company's forward-looking and innovative orientation as well as its increasing market mindshare. Everlight's new corporate design will be displayed for the first time at electronica 2010 in Munich/Germany from November 9 to 12 in hall A3 stand 307 and is effective from today for step-by-step implementation within the company.
Everlight's new brand appearance pervades all company collateral like catalogues, price lists or corporate brochures. Also the Internet presence is currently being extensively reworked and modernized. At www.everlight.com useful additions such as product showcases will be available in addition to company and product information.
