DC/DC Converters From Powersolve Provide Up To 3W

Powersolve just announced the THL-3WI series of DC/DC converters designed to provide 3W from a package measuring just 23.8 x 13.7mm. Height off the board is just 8mm.

DC/DC Converters From Powersolve Provide Up To 3W With an ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range of either 9-36VDC or 18-75VDC, the Traco Power THL-3WI series features fully regulated single or dual output voltages from 3.3 to 15VDC and an operating temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC

The new DC/DC converters feature short circuit protection, remote on/off, input/output-isolation specified to 1500VDC and an input filter which meets EN 55022, class A.

Suitable for leadfree reflow soldering, the device is also available in an SMD package.
