A new 12VDC, 60mm fan from ADDA available in the UK from Aerco has, thanks to a combination of improved venturi design and a higher specification motor, an airflow capacity of 12.5% greater than its predecessor against 20% higher system pressure.

A new 12VDC, 60mm fan from ADDA available in the UK from Aerco has, thanks to a combination of improved venturi design and a higher specification motor, an airflow capacity of 12.5% greater than its predecessor against 20% higher system pressure.

With a rotor speed of 5,100 rev/min, the AD0612UB delivers 8.37 litres/sec (17.8CFM) and its performance against high system pressure makes it ideal in modern electronic assemblies where high packing densities increase the system pressure that axial fans have to overcome.

The ADDA AD0612UB has a frame size of 60mm x 60mm x 15mm and a supply voltage range of 10.8 to 13.2VDC. The range is RoHS compliant, carries UL, CUL, TUV and CE approvals and can be supplied with signal wires with alarm, tachometer and pulse width modulation for use in intelligent cooling systems.

Life expectancy is 60,000 hours at an operating temperature of 40°C.
