Amplicon releases high performance 4U Compact 19” Industrial systems

Amplicon has announced the release of their new Impact-R 4020S 4U short depth rackmount computer. Utilising the high powered Intel iCore processor, the new system is approximately half the depth of the existing 4U but still manages to pack in many outstanding features. With a depth of only 302mm, the new Amplicon Impact-R 4020S system has been specifically designed to meet requirements where space is a critical consideration.
Using only road mapped hardware, the new shallow depth system comprises a high performance 4U compact chassis featuring industrial-grade motherboard powered by the Intel iCore processors with housing for two industrial 2.5” HDD or SSD.
In addition, the Impact-R 4020S series supports various operating systems from Microsoft Windows platforms to main stream Linux distributions. As with all Amplicon industrial computers, it can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.
