ITT Cannon's Trident Multiway series of rugged rack-and-panel connectors is now available exclusively from PEI-Genesis, the international distributor of commercial, industrial and military connectors.

Widely used in railway trackside signalling equipment as well as in general
industrial applications, Trident Multiway offers an extremely reliable,
robust and versatile connector system.

It comes in a choice of six planforms from 14- to 75-way, can accommodate
crimp, solder or wire-wrap contacts, and is available with a choice of
accessories, including various styles of hood and straight or 90-degree
cable clamps.

Especially popular for cold-weather applications, Trident Multiway
connectors can be equipped with large jackscrew knobs and feature an
operating temperature range of -55 to 125degC.

They have a minimum insulation resistance of 5000Mohm at 500VDC, and, if
required, can be specified with polarisation using contact position,
pin-protection shrouds or additional guide pin and socket sets.

With large stocks of Trident Multiway piece-parts held at its assembling
facility in Basingstoke, PEI-Genesis builds the connectors to order,
achieving typical delivery times of less than a week.
