DisplayPort-Jack available for Through-Hole mounting

To meet the increasing demand for robust DisplayPort connectors, the Taiwanese connector specialist SUYIN has released a DisplayPort jack in a through-hole version to add to the surface-mount version introduced last year.

DisplayPort-Jack available for Through-Hole mountingThe one-side bevelled DisplayPort jack provides dimensions of 17.9 mm x 13.15 mm x 8.38 mm (L x W x H overall) and includes beside the 20 signal contacts four soldering latches at the sides for secured PCB retention and effective grounding. A correct placement during assembling of the DisplayPort connector is supported by a plastic positioning peg on the bottom side.
