Harwin's 2mm Datamate Plus series is designed to perform in demanding applications, including military, aerospace and medical. Structured around the successful Datamate family of products, Datamate Plus is approved to BS9525-F0033 and provides the added security of 100% in-process inspection and testing, making it an ideal solution for high-end safety critical applications.

Datamate Plus are said to offer professional connector performance at commercial price levels, making it highly suitable for COTS initiatives. They feature high reliability four-finger beryllium copper contacts that ensure integrity of connection without loss of data, and are designed to be intermateable with other known industry equivalents.

Datamate Plus connector systems are used by many leading manufacturers including, Airbus, Lockheed Martin and Boeing. Applications include gas detection equipment; communications, aircraft control and missile guidance systems, as well as dialysis equipment and patient monitoring systems.
