TEKO's 'COFFER' enclosures in an extensive range of sizes and versions. These low cost multipurpose enclosures have been designed for fast assembly of electronics and electrical components. Typical applications will include measurement devices, prototype systems, RF equipment, switch boxes, security electronics etc.

The ‘COFFER’ enclosures are moulded in ABS (UL 94 HB) in two standard colours: black, RAL 9004 or light grey, RAL 9018. Eight sizes are offered with external dimensions from 100 x 55 x 25 mm to 215 x 130 x 68 mm. Internal guide rails are also provided for mounting PCBs and component assemblies.

The standard ‘COFFER’ models are supplied with a moulded ABS lid. ‘COFFER A’ models are supplied with a flat aluminium top panel, which can be fitted with a membrane keypad or product label. ‘COFFER TP’ models are supplied with both an aluminium top panel and a clear polycarbonate lid. The lids and panels are fitted by four self-tapping screws supplied.

TEKO can supply the ‘COFFER’ enclosures with additional holes for push-buttons, connectors and displays etc., plus silk-screen printed legends and logos, and EMC shielding. The cases can also be moulded or painted in alternative colours. Standard prices start at £2.96.
