M/A-COM Technology Solutions Announces Driver Solutions for 100G Applications

M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. announced today at the OFC/NFOEC Trade Show, a portfolio of 100G modulator drivers for line-side and client-side applications. The MAOM-002204 is an integrated 4 channel 28G EML driver solution for CFP2, with very low power consumption and packaged in a small size SMD. It is also available in a single channel as MAOM-002203.

The MAOM-003105 is a 4 channel 8Vpp driver for 100G DP-QPSK applications in a GPPO package. It consumes very low power, 4W for 4 channels @ 6Vpp, and has gain of greater than 30dB. M/A-COM Tech also offers single-channel (MAOM-002103) and dual-channel (MAOM-003106) 100G coherent drivers in surface mount packages.
