Power-One LPM615 compact modular power supply offers industry leading power density

Power-One announced the availability of its LPM615 1500W front-end AC-DC power supply family. This product is modular, accepting up to six output modules in order to provide customers with their exact voltage and current requirements with no minimum order quantities or set-up charges. The LPM615 features the lowest profile available – just 1.6in or 40mm in height. This is 35% lower than many other products.

In addition to featuring the lowest height, the Power-One LPM615 also features the highest power density. The LPM615 power density of over 15W/cuin is 25% higher than the best on the market today. We are offering more power in less space so that our customer’s product can be smaller, lighter and cheaper.

Each LPM615 output module is widely trimmable. Between them, the 4 modules offer continuous coverage from 2V to 54V output. This provides end-users with immense flexibility while allowing distributors to stock fewer parts in greater depth. Everyone benefits from the resulting economies of scale.

The LPM615 is ideal for applications in Industrial and Scientific machines. Screw threads and screw terminals support the fit-and-forget nature of this reliable product. The high reliability builds on the previous generations of ACDC Modular products from Power-One.
