PowerPax have released a new range of very small plug top switch mode power supplies which offer a more aggresively priced solution for low power requirements than their linear equivalents. They are also very low noise so even offer a perfect alternative to linear power supplies for sensitive applications such as audio equipment

The PTD range covers power requirements from 0.1 to 7.5W and are available as UK, European, Australian and USA versions. All units have the required safety approvals and also very efficient, meeting new CEC requirements for no load power consumption. The units provide single regulalted output voltages between 3vdc and 15vdc
